Sade Bethea
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Physical Fitness Professional, Sade brings a rare and powerful dual perspective to mental health and wellness. After years in traditional clinical settings witnessing the gap between what clients needed and what was available, she founded GRC to bridge elite psychotherapy, somatic movement, and permanent supportive housing under one mission-driven roof.
Her integrative approach — combining clinical training with physical fitness expertise — drives GRC's signature somatic therapy programs and shapes the organization's commitment to treating the whole person.

Supportive Services Case Manager
Sha-Kyla Bronson brings more than 10 years of experience serving veterans, individuals experiencing housing instability, and other vulnerable populations. Drawing on her background in military service with the United States Air Force and her extensive case management experience, she is dedicated to helping individuals navigate challenges, access resources, and achieve their personal goals. Her compassionate and client-centered approach helps foster stability, resilience, and long-term success.

Leasing Specialist & Property Manager
Jeanine Carrolo is an experienced housing professional with more than 15 years of expertise in property management, leasing, and resident relations. She is committed to creating positive housing experiences and ensuring that residents have access to safe, well-managed, and welcoming communities. Her knowledge of housing operations and dedication to customer service make her an invaluable member of the GRC team.
